Marunouchi Innovation Partners Co., Ltd. (“Marunouchi Innovation Partners”) is pleased to announce the successful final close of Marunouchi Climate Tech Growth Fund L.P. (“the Fund”) with total capital commitment from investors of USD 744 million*. This milestone positions the Fund as one of Asia’s largest climate tech funds, further enabling the acceleration of its investment activities both domestically and globally.

The Fund focuses on investing primarily in companies dedicated to decarbonization through the development of climate tech. Supported by industrial and financial institutions from Japan and abroad, the Fund not only provides financial backing but also offers strategic business support to its portfolio companies, with the aim of enhancing their corporate value. To date, the Fund has been actively investing in growth-stage companies leading the charge in decarbonization and is committed to working alongside them to achieve a carbon-neutral society.
